Before joining Dialogue, Annisa started her career as an intern content writer at SINDONews, where she wrote five lifestyle articles. Annisa then moved to Dialogue Communications and started her career there as a PR intern in 2022. In her role, she assisted the PR Consultant in disseminating press releases, establishing good relationships with media contacts, and collaborating with various KOLs to meet the needs of different clients, such as SCG Indonesia and Hankook.

After graduating in 2023 with a bachelor’s degree in Communication Science from Universitas Persada Indonesia, Annisa continued her career at Dialogue Communications as a Junior Consultant. During this time, she supported various clients, including First Care Clinic, BOSCH Indonesia, and CKCKC First Series. at Dialogue, I have worked a lot with KOL, Community and Media for client’s publication needs.

I collaborated with many KOLs and communities for the CKCKCK First series film project where I had to contact many KOLs to be able to help promote this film and I handled media partnership activities with several media in Indonesia such as OPRAEntertaimen, Media Indonesia, TS Media, Brilio, BUNDLifetaiment.

His full name is Sakti Bayu Saneskara, but he is more commonly known as Sakti. He aspired to work in the public relations industry since his days as a student at the Faculty of Communication Sciences, Pancasila University. During his studies, he observed how his former public relations professors could deliver materials clearly, which sparked his interest in pursuing a career in public relations and eventually becoming a lecturer.

Before joining Dialogue Communications as a Junior Consultant, Sakti was a public relations consultant intern at Weber Shandwick & Golin. Sakti has a special interest in the automotive industry, public policy, and lifestyle. At Dialogue Comms, sakti holds several retainer clients such as Hankook and Bank Neo Commerce, several client projects, and new business.

French literature, particularly the study of French culture and colonialism, sparked her passion for research and writing well before her career began. This foundation in in-depth analysis proved invaluable as she transitioned into the dynamic world of Digital Marketing and Social Media. Her career journey started with internships across diverse companies, giving her a well-rounded understanding of Digital Marketing & Social Media disciplines. This adaptability propelled her career ladder, leading her to Dialogue Communications.

With Dialogue Communications, she started as a Social Media Officer for Gampang Cuan for nine months. She handled the Official Accounts and assisted the Content Creator in making content, starting from pre-production until post-launch. Her dedication earned her a promotion to Content Specialist, focusing on Dialogue’s owned channels like Instagram and the official website. She’s specialized in content research, content executions & writing, social media management & analytics, and KOL management.

Other than generating content ideas, she’s also in charge of content writing, copywriting, and web content writing. She also assists the PR Consultants with Social Media and KOL Management.

With a total of four years of experience in the design field, Anggie has acquired a comprehensive skill set and a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by agency professionals. In her design process, she strives to understand the communication goals of each brief by analyzing the message, studying target market behavior, and reviewing references from similar content.

At Dialogue, Anggie managed three clients with diverse segmentations, demonstrating her versatility and expertise. She has developed strong skills in Brand Design, Visual Identity, Creating Photo Concepts, Ideation, Advertising, and Event & Promotional Design. Her work consistently delivers high-quality, visually appealing, and effective design solutions.

Before joining Dialogue Communications, Nathalia worked in Corporate Affairs at Gojek, focusing on Transport and Logistics. She worked closely with both drivers, stakeholders, and product users. She also has three years of experience managing social media and talent handling for several brands.

In general, Nathalia has various experiences, such as KOL handling, both branded and unbranded, creative and copywriting, event management, and developing various types of documents and decks. Right now, together with the team, Nathalia’s expertise lies in crafting PR strategies, digital marketing, and web articles for several brand such as CLIK and Daikin.

Leveraging over 7 years of journalism experience, Kristo Suryokusumo holds the position of Senior Media Relations at Dialogue Communications. As a former news reporter and producer, he developed a thorough understanding of various industries and honed his effective communication skills.

At Dialogue Communications, Kristo Suryokusumo holds the role of Senior Media Relations Professional, bringing with him seven years of journalism experience. With past roles as a news producer and reporter, he has cultivated strong communication skills and a deep understanding of multiple industries.

Since taking on his current position, Kristo has actively cultivated relationships with various media outlets while collaborating with Dialogue’s consultants to develop impactful and effective communication strategies. He has developed strong relationships with media outlets and used his extensive background in the media to develop strategic communication plans. Beyond his career goals, Kristo is devoted to keeping up with current affairs, which reflects his lifelong commitment to the media and communication industries.

Armed with a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies from Universitas Padjadjaran, Nefra embarked on a journey of professional growth as her academic foundation laid the groundwork for her career achievements.

During her studies, Nefra actively sought opportunities to apply her theoretical knowledge in real-world settings. She seized internships at companies such as ShopeePay, Grab, and MCorp, where she gained valuable hands-on experience in communication. She also actively sharpen her strategic communications skill until achieving a notable accomplishment, 3rd place in a PR competition hosted by UPH for the #MenggapaiAsa campaign.

Building on her academic and internship experiences, Nefra transitioned seamlessly into the role of a Media Relations Officer at Liquid Agency, where she further honed her skills and expertise. All of this experiences not only affirmed her capabilities but also fueled her desire to pursue a career in public relations.

Now, Nefra embraced the opportunity to join Dialogue as a Junior Consultant. In her current role, she plays a role in supporting clients across various industries by conducting in-depth research, developing tailored communication strategies, as well as counseling services.

A dedicated and detail-oriented professional with a strong background in secretarial roles, Putri has successfully managed executive calendars, coordinated communication with internal and external stakeholders, and ensured the timely flow of critical documents. Her experience extends to handling travel arrangements, expense reporting, and event coordination.

Putri graduated with a major in Public Relations from Al Azhar University Indonesia. She has experience working as an Executive Secretary at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia for approximately 2 years and also interned as a Marketing Communications Specialist at an advertising agency, BBDO Indonesia. Currently, Putri works as a Personal Assistant to the Board of Directors at Dialogue Communications.

With a passion for visual communication, Rahmi joined Dialogue Communications as a Graphic Designer. She brings a diverse skillset to Dialogue Communications, honed through her experience as a Graphic Designer on the ‘Gampang Cuan’ film project’s Promotion Team. There, she spearheaded the creation of visual content for social media, the Gala Premiere, and billboard advertising, demonstrating her ability to adapt to various communication channels.

Rahmi’s academic background further strengthens her design process. During her studies at Institut Teknologi Bandung which she graduated in 2022, she developed a strong foundation in visual communication design, with a particular interest in campaigns and advertising. This is further evidenced by her internship at Hudhud Creative Agency. In her design process, Rahmi tries to comprehend the communication goals of the assigned brief by analyzing the message, its target market behavior, and also the reference from similar content.

Beyond a keen eye for layout and composition, Rahmi’s skillset extends to illustration, animation, and storytelling. This comprehensive approach is exemplified by her 2020 animation competition win, a testament to her creative vision and teamwork and won a trip to Japan.

Having experience as an administrator and finance staff at PT Mesin Isuzu Indonesia, Syndi has a passion and interest in financial accounting, administration, and financial reporting. With a solid background in finance, Syndi graduated from Muhammadiyah University of Yogyakarta with a specialization in Financial Accounting.

At Dialogue, Syndi works as the Finance Specialist, responsible for preparing the company’s annual budget and ensuring it is in line with the company’s goals. She also handles monthly client invoices, controls the company’s cash flow, records and processes all company transactions, manages accounts receivable, uses accounting software to input transactions, and prepares tax documents accurately.

Indika brings over 10 years of experience in crafting impactful marketing and communication campaigns, fueled by a strategic mindset and a passion for weaving compelling narratives. His expertise stretches across both traditional and digital platforms, honed through content creation at Prambors Radio and leading activations for an event organizer.

This diverse background translates into a deep understanding of audience engagement strategies. Indika’s ability to translate this knowledge into creative social media campaigns is evident in his successful work for industry leaders like Allianz, Tokopedia, Bukalapak, Blibli, tiketdotcom, Sasa, and TikTok.

He has a proven track record of driving engagement and achieving marketing goals across various platforms and industries.

Before joining Dialogue Communication, Asia was a partnership staff and editor at the Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries (KKP). She managed communications between national and international partners for the Marine and Fisheries Training and Extension Centre. Her experience in maintaining strong relations with different parties shapes her skills in handling media, clients, and partners as a consultant.

In Dialogue, Asia’s role includes writing and developing press releases, developing communication strategies, and providing insight through research to support multiple clients from various industries, such as Klinik Pintar, Trinity Entertainment Group, and PT. Klinko Karya Imaji. Her interest in research and writing started even before her Magna Cum Laude graduation from Universitas Padjadjaran (2020). She often helps her family, teachers, and colleagues edit books, develop scientific journals, and write copy for websites and articles.

Dialogue Communications is looking for an experienced and highly motivated marketing communications personnel with outstanding creative approach in developing and executing impactful campaigns to drive a successful engagement. A Creative Manager, Marcom will report directly to our Account Director and/or Chief Business Officer.

Candidates must demonstrate the ability to lead a creative process from its strategic start to its executional finish, and will have a strong track record of developing breakthrough ideas, managing and developing creative campaigns, and being hands-on when projects demand it.

You will:

• Inspire, generate, and develop big ideas that are strategically-informed
• Partner with Project Lead to advice, brainstorm, and generate ideation for tactical PR Campaign of new business opportunities

Dialogue Communications is looking for an experienced and highly motivated graphic designer with a passion for developing and executing impactful campaigns to drive a successful engagement through visual communications. The Graphic Designer will report directly to our Creative Director.

You will:

• Create brand communication tools from initial concept to execution that visually conveys the brand positioning and conceptual direction for seasonal concepts.
• Conceptualize and create designs for merchandise and event activity.
• Ensure overall design consistency and quality of promotional graphics.
• Maintain graphic archives.
• Illustrate concepts by designing a rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.
• Design visual media content needed for social media and any other promotional activities.
• Closely work with the Social Media officer to produce contents according to the content plan.

Abby graduated from Universitas Negeri Jakarta, majoring in Sociology and focused on Development Studies. During his University years, he was involved in several research and community services programs under the laboratory. He enjoys immersing himself in expressing his feeling in an emotion-driven sketch.

Prior to joining Dialogue Communications, Abby worked in several research-based human rights institutions such as Remotivi (Center for Media and Communication Studies), KontraS (Commission for the Disappeared and Victims of Violence), Lokataru Law and Human Rights Office, and the Office of Public Relations and information of Universitas Negeri Jakarta.  To Abby, graphic design is a way to amplify underrepresented voices and untold stories to inspire a more inclusive society.

Andreas was a Communications Officer Intern at the Center for Indonesian Policy Studies (CIPS), a public policy think-tank. He was responsible for activating CIPS’ strategic communications. On the other hand, he is also responsible for delivering key takeaways of research through social media and press release.

Andreas received his Bachelor Degree from Universitas Brawijaya majoring in International Relations. During his study, he is actively participated in several organizations and projects such as become a publication coordinator in the Brawijaya Model United Nations Committee.

Her aptitude for communication and public relations has encouraged her to follow her passion for the profession as a Public Relation Consultant. Dyana worked as a Foreign Client Staff at Ni Nyoman Ayu Sri Kusuma Dewi Notarial Office before joining Dialogue Communications. She has also worked as External Affairs at the UPN Veteran Jawa Timur Student Association of International Relations. She also participated as Policy Research Intern for Embassy of Republic of Indonesia in Manila.  As a Junior Consultant, Dyana’s role is to support multiple clients from various industries, including SCG Indonesia, VENTENY, and Hankook. She also interacted with KOL, media, radio, and brands, as well as potential partners and the community in any events for brands, researching and analysing data, drafting press releases and proposal upon client’s request.

Having an interest in handling people-to-people, made Ghina choose the focus of Public Relations as the beginning of her career. Previously, Ghina had internship experience at Defense and Space Consultant, Auvia. Ghina also has scientific publication on socio-political issue in the form of scientific articles that have been successfully published in the International Political Journal of the University of Indonesia. Ghina’s writing skill have also won the 1st of Earth Day Writing Competition. Ghina earned a Bachelor of Social degree from Pertamina University majoring in International Relations with a specialization in Energy Diplomacy. With 3.5 years of education and graduated in 2021, Ghina was also named the best graduate student of the International Relations study program. During her studies, Ghina actively participated in organizations and other activities either formally or informally. Some of the activities that Ghina participated in were being vice chair of the IR University Student Association, mentor for Academic Writing, head of PR University Model ASEAN Meeting, Announcer IR Podcast, and some other college involvement.

Performing the role of Junior Consultant, his experience with media handling has varied across the industries such as Multinational Events, Music Festivals, Radio Broadcasting, and Start-up Companies.

To broaden his skills in Public Relations during undergraduate, he participated in Radio MahasiswaUnpad as a PR / Announcer / Vice General Manager. At the same time He also participated in Asian Games 2018 as a Media Relations in Squash.

He mainly focused on creating strategic communication, product campaign, and event handling.

Prior to joining Dialogue Communication, Rey worked as Marketing and Relation at Creative and Digital Marketing Agency in BSD. His experience in content marketing production and SEO based writing, shape his critical thinking and creative problem-solving.

Rey graduated from Pertamina University majoring in Strategic Communication. During his University years, he had several internship opportunities in The Ministry of Health Republic of Indonesia, Telkom Indonesia, an international NGO Vital Strategies, and etc. He also interests in environmental, social, and humanitarian issues, so he could share a broader perspective in his strategy and narrative.

Performing the role of Senior Consultant, Auliyaa has previously working in several different industries including the non-profit sector and art museum. She was previously working part-time as Organisation Attendee at Women’s Aid Organisation Malaysia and Museum Assistant for Museum Macan Jakarta.

Auliyaa earned her Bachelor Degree in Journalism from Universiti Putra Malaysia and Master of Arts in Media, Campaigning and Social Change from University of Westminster London in 2018 and 2020, respectively.

Erdani is a reliable Public Relations Consultant with over three years of experience developing corporate communications. Before joining Dialogue Communications, He worked as a Communication Expert Staff at the Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries (KKP). He led the Media Communications Team of the Center for Training and Extension.

He has also worked as a PR for the Minister of KKP. His duties include writing and developing ministerial press releases, managing KKP social media, organizing ministerial events, handling media, and developing media communication strategies for priority programs.

Erdani received several awards during this time, including The Best Employee of The Year (2021) from The Director of Puslatluh KP and The Best Crisis Handling category from The GSM Awards (2019). In September 2018, he completed his undergraduate studies at Universitas Padjadjaran (Cum Laude).

Performing the role of Account Manager, her experience with client handling are primarily within the corporate communications area in which she exposed with businesses from various industries such as Bank Mandiri, Mandiri Investasi, Indosat Ooredoo, Commonwealth Bank, AIA, Zurich, LOKET, and OYO. Before joining Dialogue Communications, Neily was a consultant in Maverick Indonesia. During her stints, she was handling brand communications project for Multi Bintang Indonesia and the strategic corporate communications for PT Freeport Indonesia.

Picces joined Dialogue Communication as Account Manager  and started handling clients in startup, entertainment, investment industry and many more.

Picces specializes in strategic communications, media relations, media mapping, issue management, and event management as a Public Relation which spans more than 7 years. Picces holds a bachelor degree in English Literature. in Islamic State University Jakarta, and is responsible for handling a number of high- profile clients in many sectors such as energy, finance, finance technology, automotive, mining, including communication for initial public offering (IPO).

Before joining Dialogue Communications, Vanya worked as Corporate Communications at PT Bank MAYORA, a subsidiary of MAYORA Group, Tbk. Her job focus was mainly in Internal Relations, Social Media Management, and other Public Relations function. She was responsible as a company representative on behalf of the internal and external parties, working closely with the Board of Directors, all departments of the Company, media, and social institutions. She also produced content writing for the company’s website and social media.

Other than her professional experiences, Vanya was once an intern at an advertising agency, DDB Indonesia. She also joined numerous volunteer activities in public, which was arranged by NGOs and social institutions.

Vanya graduated from Padjadjaran University in 2014, majoring in English Literature. She took a minor concentration in English Linguistics.

During his experience at Fortune PR as Senior Account Manager, he delivered several communication projects for both retainer and Adhoc-clients from corporate communications to crisis handling. Specializing in Financial Communication, he and his team have managed to boost market awareness of PT. Dyandra Media International as the first MICE Company in Indonesia to Go Public (IDX) during its IPO Communication campaign which brought him and his team nominated at the SABRE Awards 2014. His latest experience also includes marketing communication campaigns towards the launch of Digibank by DBS and M&A of wealth business from ANZ to DBS as a part of Bank DBS Indonesia’s main communication agenda of 2017.

His experience in PR also includes corporate communication for Schindler, Kaercher, Henkel, Hankook, AXA Mandiri, SinarMas Land, Turkey Exporters Association, Telkom Indonesia, AEON Mall, Jeep, Kartuku, Ensign Media (Thailand based company), MAPNA (Iran based company), Metland, HKTDC, Subaru, Bloomberg LP, BRI, ExxonMobil, Singapore International Foundation, Taxi Express, AFEX, Royal Enfield, SCG Indonesia, GOJEK, JUUL and many more.

Starting her career as an intern and expanded her role as an investment marketing and sales governance manager at Citibank Indonesia, Seruni succeeds in managing the issuance of new government bonds in the primary market and several Mutual Funds including assisting in driving sales, product training and end to end operational process.

In the last three years, Seruni is focusing her career in marketing and communication campaigns for both B2B and B2C areas at DBS Bank Indonesia. Moreover, to enhance her knowledge of the digital marketing space, she finished Google Square Online, a digital marketing leadership course.
